You can cancel your subscription by following the steps below based on your purchase platform.
🌐 If You Purchased via the Web
To manage or terminate your subscription, you can cancel by email:
email info@mychar.io with the subject "Cancel my subscription"
Once you complete the cancellation through this link, your request will be processed immediately, and no further charges will be applied to your account. You will receive a confirmation once the process is finalized.
📱 If You Purchased via the Mobile App
Purchases made through mobile devices can only be canceled via the respective app store (App Store or Google Play) using these steps:
Open the Subscriptions section on your device settings.
Select the relevant subscription.
Tap the “Cancel Subscription” button to complete the process.
Important: Mobile purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google Account and cannot be managed through the web link or via email.
