Your email address is the key to your account — it carries your subscription, gems, and chat history. Email changes are currently handled by our support team to keep your account safe.
How to request a change
Email info@mychar.io from your current account email with the subject "Change my email" and include:
- Your current account email
- The new email address you want to use
What happens next
- We may ask you to confirm the request from both addresses (security check).
- Once confirmed, your subscription, gem balance, and history are moved to the new email.
- Afterwards, sign in with the new email everywhere (app and website) — premium and gems follow the account email.
Requests are typically processed within a few business days.
