The following steps will help you regain access to your account.
1. Installing the Application
- Install the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
2. Opening the Login Screen
After launching the application, select “Sign in with Email” on the login screen.
3. Entering Your Email Information
- Enter your registered email address.
- After pressing “Continue with Email”, a one-time verification code will be sent to the specified email address.
4. Using the Verification Code
- Enter the verification code sent to your email in the corresponding field within the app to access your account.
If the verification email is not in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folders.
If you still cannot access your account or did not receive the verification email, you can submit a support request for further review.
