If you have an active subscription but cannot access premium features, please try the following:
1. Confirm your subscription is active
- Apple: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Mychar
- Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Mychar
- Web: Visit your account on `mychar.io` and check the subscription page
2. Restore your purchase (mobile)
In the Mychar app:
- iOS: Settings → Restore Purchases
- Android: Settings → Restore Subscription
3. Confirm you are signed in with the correct account
Your premium status is linked to the email or social account used at purchase. If you subscribed with one account and are signed in with another, premium will not appear. Sign out and sign in with the original purchase account.
4. Close and reopen the app
A simple restart often refreshes your subscription state.
5. Subscribed via Web → using on Mobile (or vice versa)
Your subscription is linked to the email used at purchase. To unlock premium on a different device, sign in with the same email. Your premium status will be reflected automatically.
