Yes. All MyChar subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (for example monthly), until you cancel. This keeps your premium access uninterrupted.
How to check your renewal date
- Apple: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → MyChar
- Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MyChar
- Web: your account page on
mychar.io, or your most recent receipt email
How to stop auto-renewal
Cancel at any time — you keep premium access until the end of the period you already paid for:
- Apple / Google: cancel in your store account settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Web: email
info@mychar.iowith the subject "Cancel my subscription" and the email on your account
Cancelling stops future charges; it does not trigger a refund for the current period (see our Refund Policy for exceptions).
