Free trial: will I be charged?

If you started a free trial, you will be charged automatically when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial end date. This is shown at the time you start the trial.

How to check when your trial ends

• Apple: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → MyChar (the renewal date shown is your first billing date)
• Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MyChar
• Web: your confirmation email shows the trial end date

If you don't want to be charged

Cancel before the 24-hour cutoff:

• Apple / Google: cancel in your store account settings — you keep trial access until the trial ends
• Web: email info@mychar.io with the subject "Cancel my subscription"

Already charged after a trial you meant to cancel?

Email info@mychar.io with your account email and the charge details — we will review it. For Apple and Google charges, refunds are handled by the store (see our Refund Policy).
